I personally have no interest in getting myself tested for a MTHFR gene mutation problem and I place no weight into what Dr Berg says either.

I do not mean to sound like I am arguing with an administrator but there are so many "gene tests" and if half the population has it, then so be it.

Too many people I have met complain and give up when encountering any diarrhea or feeling off due to a die off and I would just encourage people to get on with it. Weeding the garden gets dirt on your hands and it is just part of it.

The die off effects are not pleasant but neither is living with decades of problems that can be reduced or removed with Chlorine Dioxide.

For anyone reading, I would just say that many go through this and to take it at your pace, take it slow, reduce for a time if needed but increase when you can and keep at it. You have to be consistent and it takes time.

You are not alone in thinking it is difficult and I hope things get a little easier for you soon.

All the best

John, you know nothing about the MTHFR gene mutation. It is real and I have talked to many people who have it, including an admin in a Telegram group. So, before mouthing off again, do some research.

I am going to try to see if my doctor will test for this gene. What do you suggest I do if I have this gene issue?

I have been taking 2 drops a day and am doing alright. My stool is loose right now, but I am trying to push through and slowly increase it. I will be starting 3 drops a day starting Monday.

I would suggest to download the Telegram app for your cell phone directly from Telegram instead of from an app store.

Telegram has thousands of people who are interested in CLO2 in many different countries. Some CLO2 Telegram channels approach 100,000 subscribers and groups at around 50,000 members.

Telegram does have a translation feature, but is by default turned off. After you become a Telegram member by using a cell phone, go to Settings, Language and turn it on. I am an admin in some non-English speaking groups and need to read what is being texted by using the Translation feature.

Brave search question: "MTHFR gene mutation remedies?"

"
MTHFR gene mutations are managed by addressing associated symptoms, such as elevated homocysteine, rather than treating the genetic variant itself.  The primary approach involves dietary changes and targeted supplementation to support methylation and detoxification pathways. Key Remedies and Treatments:
  • Supplementation: Use methylated folate (5-MTHF) instead of synthetic folic acid, as it bypasses the defective enzyme.  Supplement with active forms of Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin or hydroxocobalamin) and Vitamin B6 (P5P) to support methylation.  N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) and magnesium may help lower homocysteine levels and support detoxification.
  • Dietary Adjustments: Increase intake of natural folate sources like leafy greenslegumes, and avocado.  Avoid synthetic folic acid found in many fortified processed foods. Prioritize B12-rich foods such as animal products, fish, and nutritional yeast.
  • Lifestyle Changes: Engage in regular exercise to improve circulation and reduce inflammation.  Practice stress management and ensure adequate sleep to support overall metabolic health.
  • Medical Intervention: In severe cases, particularly in children with MTHFR deficiency, doctors may prescribe betaine to significantly reduce elevated homocysteine levels.
If you suspect an MTHFR mutation, consult a healthcare provider to test homocysteine levels and determine the appropriate supplement regimen, as individual needs vary based on the specific genetic variant and health status."

I wanted to let you know that I had MTHFR genetic testing done on August 10. The result came back positive for two copies of the C677T variant (homozygous C677T), and I was negative for the A1298C variant. What should I do from here? What does this mean/how does it affect this medicine.

Thanks for letting us know the results of the MTHFR genetic testing you had done. Now we know why you are having so much trouble detoxing with CLO2.

Did the doctor who arranged the testing not suggest any remedies to reduce the negative effects of the MTHFR gene mutation? If he/she did, what was suggested?

I would suggest that you continue taking CLO2 as much as your body can tolerate. Let us know how that goes for you. Thanks.

Hi. What did you download?

What does "GC" stand for?
